Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management tool, which will grant you complete control over your mailboxes and email newsletters. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a brand new e-mail box in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can forward email messages from one e-mailbox to another, set up email filters, create autoresponders and guard your email boxes against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mailboxes against spam mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages based on specific rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly create a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and select the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Simply select the e-mailbox account you would like to redirect e-mails from, then select the target e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you would like to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
